The One Cycle Year

The One Cycle Year is the seeding or planting period, the time to take action, to start new projects that lead others toward a vision, to pioneer unique new ideas. Most importantly, this is the time to choose a goal, and formulate it into a written statement.

The number one says: “To Be,” and this phase begins with an act of intention — one thought directed toward a selected idea. If we can form our idea into an intention, we can manifest it. This is the center point within the circle that begins as a winding-up motion as a spiral, a concentration of inner power toward a center.

The number one signifies, the art of concentration, to clear the doubt and fear that opens the way for an influx of intuition. A clear perception of our goal creates the magical attitude — “to be.”

The number one, symbolizes self consciousness, to give full expression to our personality self, or ego. Yet, to avoid being overly self-centered or becoming too blunt, and too aggressive requires an “admirable” image of our future self.

The most important question we can ask ourselves is, “what do I want to be?” This simple decision can determine our success or failure. Yet, where do our ideas about what we want to be, come from?

Since our name, symbolizes our identity, it influences what we want to be. If we look at our world through our personality, our world is a reflection of how we feel about our own self. Our feeling about ourselves determines our relationships with our outer world. It is also a reflection of how we feel about the concept of a “higher” self, because our feeling of self has a spiritual correspondence, in reflection to our relationship to our perfected, future self.

The Goal

The “Real” goal of a one year, begins by planting a seed idea of becoming spiritual, “more than human.” Yet, because we become what we think, this seed idea is truly within our reach.

So, if we take a seed idea of the most perfect “more than human” image, and personal it by dwelling on it as a feeling, it grows. If we plant the seed of what we want to be, into an image of our perfected spiritual self — ourselves in the future, fulfilled — then it affects right down into the physical plane experience.

Everything we are searching for in others, is tied to this self-image of our future self already fulfilled. Not unless our future self-image is an image that can really feel love, can we overcome our doubt and anxiety about fulfilling any goal.

This “more than human” self-image will become our reality if we can just envision it. With every goal, the end must be in sight before we begin. This is the power of the number one, the magical attitude,“to be.”
